Can't Delete My Characters

I've been having problems deleting my characters from my slots at the lobby.

This has been happening for me since name reservation day.
It would always give me "Incorrect Input" when I type in the character that needs to be deleted.
Anyone else having this problem?

type "Delete" with the capital D, then you have to wait 5 minutes, it 'reserves" the character to be deleted. Once the 5 mins is up, it takes another 10-20 seconds then the character will be deleted and vanish from the slot.

 

I know because I made a level 1 on Muushin and then deleted because of the insane queue times.

i've found that logging out straight after your 5 minutes are up removes the character completely.

i tried to delete a char yesterday and after the 6 hrs it still said something ;like standing by for deletion.  I would check today..but after the hell to get into the game.. no way im logging out lol
