i did try to turn off the FTH, and followed the clip except for the NVIDA inspector part, but nothing change ingame, fps still low when im doing quest, but i did noticed that sometime it got to 50-60fps in places like caves or prison ingame, my setting is all 3, i tried to lower but nothing change as well.

i heard many player recommended this one but is it gona affect the other games or not?

Yes it was like what u said before patch, but i've tried what u recommended but nothing help. I am still doing quest atm so most of the time i am alone and in dungeons but its pretty bad. And my pc is pretty good so idk what is the reason and i've seen players has the same problem as me. I dont know how to check the FTH, but i did the rest of what u said

So since UE4 released my game runs fine even with old ver UE3 i got around 60 -120 fps with high setting. And then after the newest patch came yesterday, my game had fps drop down to 3x, and barely got up to 40 fps, i did even lower the setting but nothing work. I came back after 5 years and now i feel like it wasted my time if you can play the game at with UE4 graphic.
