Yeah, this is what I did. Probably they still haven't processed the ticket and the email was for something else maybe, I honestly don't know but I hope that's the case , also thank you for still being active here after the problem has been resolved for you, you're a hero 😄!

It is still happening to me, despite sending a ticket and getting an email, that my IP is now Authorized 😞

I have the same problem too, the only character that doesn't work is my main, (an assassin at EU Jinsoyun) which is the only character that had the sandbox quest!
