So you can change the party modes from easy, normal, and hard. I was told (havent tried it yet), if you switch it to normal party mode, that the dungeon will be fixed Edit: NM and HM both just do 50% lightning damage

There has been a drastic change in player activity for Shackled Isles since the update. LFP timers have gotten to 40 minutes with still no party formation. Can someone explain to me why this is? Is there some type of conspiracy that I do not know about?
