[Rankings Reset, No last weekly rewards]

So all the rankings have been reset, we didn't receive season end rewards and didn't get weekly rewards. NCSoft you guys going to fix this? We shouldn't have to re-rank again this is bs

[Black Friday Sales]

@Green StormSo I've seen the black friday post and why is it that none of the most highly suggested outfits made it into it? There's outfits there that were not even asked for at least on the forum post where you asked for suggestions. Like seriously, you've done some good work Green Storm, but myself and many others feel highly disappointed that the Black Friday sale is filled with cosmetics that that majority did not ask for. Seriously if you guys want to make money and make sales please listen to the community and put cosmetics that we're asking to see in there, because had White Seductress been an option to buy, I would have spent a lot of money to get it on my main character along with alts if possible, but there's literally nothing in this sale really that I feel worth spending money on. I don't know about anyone else, but it feels as if our suggestions for the cosmetics didn't really mean anything for this Black Friday sale.

I would like to see some popular cosmetics return for sale that can be bought with HMCoin and NCoin as well. Maybe even some weapon skins like Shockcaller return as well as maybe White Seductress as it is a much loved outfit and wanted outfit for sale! Please bring some oldies that were available in previous troves years ago and make them buyable on Black Friday! I think it would be amazing! 🙂

 

Oh oh. I'd like to see Confessor come out at a discounted price of maybe like $50 or $70.

@Green StormI see in notes that Gildstones and Starcross accessories can be salvaged. but what about everything else that's not salvageable at the moment? (Dawnbright Mystic Badges, Amulets, etc etc) There's many things that can't be salvaged that aren't mentioned in the notes.

So no more Challenger tokens on f8 dungeons? @Green StormWe need a way to more efficiently get these. I can't make grand versions of the Psyches if I have no way other than waiting every week/season end to use 100 coins to buy just 1 challenger token.

Anyone else not getting response from support? It’s going almost two days with nothing. Typically I get responses within 24 hours or less
