Hello everyone,
There's currently an unintended issue where purchase limits for Ebon Realm Remnants carried over from a previous event. We have requested a fix to this issue from the developers, and expect it soon.
In the meantime, we have added a bundle containing 5 Ebon Realm Remnants to the Hongmoon Store for 0 Hongmoon Coin. The bundle can be found under the Supplies tab in the Hongmoon Coin section of the store. This bundle will be limited to 1 purchase per account, and will be removed from the Hongmoon store as soon as the fix is live.

Hello everyone, there's been a few questions and a couple updates so I'll try and answer below:
- Gem slots will work like they have traditionally so the amount you'll get is random.
- The Mystic Badge is the Temple of Eluvium Badge.
- Soul Badge is obtained by getting a Legendary Soul Badge Exchange Token (to exchange at Junsorei) from the chests. This is the same token used in the Blade & Soulmate events.
- Den of the Ancient Remnant will be added to the Dragon Express along side the Nightfall Sanctuary and Scarlet Conservatory Remnants for 20 Call to Arms Tokens.
We're adding a few more pieces of information to the events article to state what I said above and small changes made to the Daily Login.

1. The whole community complained for weeks that Hunter Refuge was total garbage, and yet with this event you're doing Hunter Refuge v2. Why? What is the player limit in the zone?
2. Why is Den of the Ancients Remnant a requirement for Armory Chest Stage 9 and why is it not added in the Dragon Express, like TT and ET remnants? Den of the Ancients is way too difficult for low-geared alts, and you ask for 2 tokens. This is completely dumb. Everybody will be stuck at Stage 8 and that's it. Change it to Hong dungeon instead. Or add Den of the Ancients Remnant in the Dragon Express so it is buyable with Call to Arms tokens.

It's difficult to split up 12 different reward tables. Once the update is out you'll see a list of every chest at the bottom of the Dragon Express so you can see what's in each chest. Note: They are displayed with an unobtainable item just for showcase purposes.

Even though we just announced the upcoming Blade & Soul: Forgotten Souls update, we wanted to let you know that our usual update preview livestream will be canceled. The Blade & Soul team is currently working from home and will be doing so for the next few weeks due to the evolving situation with COVID-19.We are disappointed to not be able to preview the new Forgotten Souls content with you, but the Blade & Soul team is taking every precaution to keep all our staff safe and healthy by following the recommendations of the CDC and our local government. Fortunately, we are expecting minimal impact, if any, to the update launching on March 25. Hello,
To answer your question bluntly yes, there is still development being done for UE4 for the current version of the game. It's not quite ready for KR or other regions. The reason why Frontier World was so heavily mentioned is because it was launching in for KR at that time, and there were a lot of questions regarding it from players in this region. We'll have more UE4 news to share once it's closer to being completed.
