Gubong in the Blackram Narrows is making my PC restart?

I just got to the "Getting the Axe" side quest, and after defeating the dungeon TWICE, I have noticed that my PC keeps restarting at the same exact point during the cutscene before fighting Gubong. I haven't been able to complete the dungeon because of this, and it frankly makes no sense how this is happening. After doing some research, stuff like this can happen due to overheating, lowspecs, or a number of other issues that can happen, but my computer is staying at a normal temperature, and I am certain my PC is good enough to play this game. I have even completed this dungeon in that past on much worse laptops through my other characters, and it is incredibly demoralizing to have to keep fighting this dungeon only to have all my progress wiped due to something I can't control. At least I keep the items and exp... WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON????
