I can't put the game in Portuguese

Sorry for asking this question out of the right topic but I couldn't put it in the right topic I was denying I put it in the right place

 

I have 1 problem in Blade and Soul game
I'm Brazilian and I live in Brazil
However, I am not able to play the game in Portuguese.
when I select the option to play in Portuguese, the game is not in Portuguese, it continues to be in ENGLISH.

Is there any file that I can change for him to put the game in PORTUGUESE?
