Outfit taken away

Hi there,

 

New player. Been playing like just over a week.

 

Recently purchased Ncoin, and spent a teeny tiny amount of it for first time. Recieved an outfit in mail. Mail titled: "bonus" so I figured it was a first time purchasers reward? Well tonight, about an hour ago I got another mail saying "compensation" with no explanation as to what I was even being compensated for. Only just noticed the missing outfit. Seems like they taken it off of me.

 

I'd heard about this company taking things off of people, and its not a good look doing it to someone whos barely played the game more than a week. Don't get me started about all the bugs in the game, and broken links on the website. I cant even open up the support page!

 

I wouldnt call this a request for support from other players, but more of a rant.. I guess? I don't think ill be putting any more money on this game when the GM's/Devs don't seem to give a toss about it, or their player base.
