the game crashes while loading

hello, I've played bns before, but I lost my hard drive and only now did I decide to come back to it, yet after I finished downloading it the game keeps crashing after I pick any character to play as, I've tried old and new characters but both crashes the game during the loading screen regardless of the graphics settings, I'd like to know if there's a fix

my specs are:

GPU: RX 470
CPU: core i5-2500

Ram: 4GB

update, I just saw the new requirements for bns, and it seems that I'm lacking 4 GB of ram
