Quest "Defeat Warden Kangchul"

I have played this quest on 3 characters so far and each time my hero gets targeted nonstop with stuns making me unable to use the weapon to disable his shield.

 

On top of this when he stuns me the camera and my hero glitches making it impossible to see where I am moving and control where I am moving.

 

Although I'm sure this will be overlooked, I felt it needed to be said.
