marketplace and character info won't work

so I just reinstalled the game after a break and the market place gives me an error (char info same error) connection reset 101 with a white screen or sometimes marketplace temporary unavailable I tried :

1-resetting the microsoft explorer securties as the support told me to

2- flush dns cache

3-using the google public dns

4- repairing the game

5-resting the router

pleas help the game is unplayable with the MP broken like that
