input lag?

I have a problem .. I have rough input lags for attacks, inventory actions (including opening and closing), as well as ESC etc. as far as ... I have a strong time delay and lags .. with Asus i know the solution .. but i have MSI and processes like "gamefirst" i don't have ...

can someone help?
