Everyone has the same face?

I’m not sure if this is a bug but NPCs and other players in my game has the same face. I mean it’s not a big deal but I was wondering if it’s something I can change in the settings or is it a glitch of some sort. I’ve tried looking in the settings to see if there’s a way to turn it off but I can’t find anything.
