The Way of the Warlock: Part 5 bug?

The requirement is for me to use Dragoncall (4), Bombardment (RMB), and then confirm that the cooldown of Dragoncall has been reduced, however any time I do this combo, it doesn't work. Is this a bug or are there any specific requirements to do this? I've never had any issues with this before, so I'm wondering if it's new or known. Thanks in advance.

I think i came with a solution the instruction in the quest says: use continuously (dragon call) then RMB to confirm the cooldown - so what i did is spam dragon call like 3-4 times then RMB one time -  hope it helps! i was stuck in there for like 30 mins lol
