Can't install the nc launcher!

I installed the nc launcher in C first,after i saw that i don't have enough space i tryied to uninstalled it but i couldn't i had to remove all the folders,after doing that i started to install again the launcher but i didn't worked again  idk why i restarted the pc watched to see if i have any folders left, but nothing ... i don't understand!help!

I tried everything but couldnt solve.A few hours ago:

1-)I bought w10 pro key

2-)resetted OS

3-)installed setup and run with admin.. now ım downlading 25gb seems good right now this is my solution (sorry for my bad english)
