dont have Ring of Reckoning quest

i checked the quest journal but dont have it the quest on 4 my characters, did recieve the The Writing on the Mausoleum Walls on them but not the one for the turtle boss,

you guys have any idea??

You have to be lvl 60. You can enter at lvl 55, but cant read the letter until you get to 60 sadly. Its another bs.
