CRASH AFTER WRITING 6-NUMBER PIN.

ANY ONE KNOWS HOW TO FIX "TURNING OFF GAME AFTER WRITING 6-NUMBER PIN " ( I turn on the game, then i have to write a pin, after this i see white screen with logo ( sth like loading screen ) then game just turning off)) Pls help.
