Issue with logging in to website

I'm able to log into the Blade & Soul website via the new launcher, but when I attempt to log in normally through the homepage I am redirected and not shown as logged in. I had written support about this situation but they refused to help me. Has anyone had a similar situation? Some of my friends did and had written support and they had cleared their accounts to be able to log back in.
