gunner bg hook glitch help

Sometime I have this bug where I can't turn my character around. I can still move him with wasd but he just floating and the model doesnt turn when i move my mouse. I think it always happen after I used hook on some objects. For example in whirwind valley, at the start if i try to hook to the brazier for fast capping sometime i get it. The only way to fix this for me was to relog... I dont know if u understand since its hard for me to explain in English.
