Update not down loading

For some reason the patch download  gets to 11% and bugs out. I restarted both the computer and the launcher. here's the info the game collected.

I had the same error (E02018). Kaicho201 suggested a way to fix this. It worked for me. (

1. Change your game folder's name (for example: NCSOFT to qwerty).

2. Uninstall NCSOFT Game Launcher. (not the game)

3. Download the new game launcher from the website.

4. Install the launcher and start downloading the game.

5. Cancel downloading and then replace the files in the the folder that you've changed (inside qwerty folder).

6. Start updating.

This should fix it. It worked for me

Same Error try it now for 2 days.. don't wanna play it anymore.. what a joke
