Celestial Basin Pouch tooltip still mentions "Lunar Twilight Flower"

The Celestial Basin pouch that's dropped by the three zone bosses still mentions "Lunar Twilight Flower" as a possible drop in the item's tooltip even though the flower has been antiqued. Shouldn't it list "20 Verdant Nightstones" as a possible drop instead?

Adding: I didn't even notice it mentions Void fragments too! Just got one from a pouch... ?
