Changing from English to Japanese Voice Actors Help?

Hi, 

I need help on changing over from that horrible english voice acting and all the other guides have been too complicated or outdated. Can I get the most simple way of doing it without any complications? The last guide proved to be useless and I could not launch the game anymore.
