Is riftwalk currently the best root to take on a new earth sf?

Since this events going on i was thinking of gearing up my alt sf a bit. Before the rework im guessing everyone would go raven or dawnforged. But with the new cd on focus chi i started looking into how good that would be with riftwalk. With the glory badge or courage badge earth sf dps looks really good. Just to clarify what i want to know is, are there any dawnforged ice or earth builds that comes even close to this low cd chi earth riftwalk build. I also hear that most sf goes for the long cd soul. With the short cd chi build should i go for short cd soul. Thanks for your help in advance.
