I need PC help!!!

So i just got a new PC, and it runs completely run with other games, but when i play BnS, i get random freezes for 5-10 seconds. And it happens every 10-15mins or so. This only happens during raid, and VERY rare in dungeons. This is very disturbing cuz a 5 second is pretty much means death in raid settings.

My specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600X
RAM: 16 GB
Motherboard : Gigabyte X470 AORUS GAMING 5 WIFI-CF
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce  GTX 1070 Ti

 

If you know any optimization to this, or anyway of solving this problem, please teach me!
