Celestial Basin Quest Refresh

The scenario is at it follows :

-You complete all 3 event quests from Celestial Basin ( be it from croxar or excavation or aomak)

-You go F8 dungeon while still being in Celestial Basin and event timer still up

-You return from F8 dungeon to Celestial Basin when there's a new event

-Your quest set is still the one from last event and it's completed.
