My purple quest has bugged

Could you clear a bit? 

If you can't find the purple quest from the list under your minimap, go through your letters on J. If you can't find it there, you might need to submit a ticket if someone from NCsoft's staff doesn't see this. They'll help.

 

edit: in the start the purple quests can be found from NPC's, though they do send you a letter or it'll show on minimap.
