Bug character visual with ground

Is the glitch problem solved from other character's views in terms of the character you are playing? 
* All characters stand with their feet above the ground of the game as they do not touch the ground and this only makes it bothers the vision of other characters 
* You can not take pictures because you are tangling the height of the real character with that of the glitch at the height reference. 
* I will give you a picture below, please look under the feet of the female lynx (I mention that where there is not the secondary glitch area, but this problem persists in almost all of the maps because it is a permanent visual glitch )
