constantly disconnecting HELP!

i started having this issue as of yesterday it's very frustrating i couldn't even do my clan's BT raid, i would constantly get the error 1000 disconnected from server and now everytime i try to log in sometimes i disconnect before even the pin shows, sometimes i log in and it works perfectly fine for 3 -4 minutes then has a lag spike and disconnects, this morning i played perfectly with no disconnects finished my dailies and weeklies but then disconnects it's very frustrating, idk the source of the issue!!! what's wrong it just started happening yesterday.
