Cannot find my character from different laptop

My wife played Bns on my laptop with her account then nextday she installed it on her laptop but her character is not excisit 

so she tried on my laptop with her account then she found it again. 

it's bit werid does characters belongs to on the pc not account ? .  how can she find her character

Check the server your playing maybe thats the problem
