divine dragon bracelet effect not work on frost storm (frost mode sf class), should "Divine Dragon Bracelet now causes Frost Storm to deal 240%/400%/560%/800% of Attack Power as additional damage, down from 300%/400%/500%/1000%. It also grants the same bonus to Ice Helix." on patch note, but there isn't any effect now in game
