Bug in Chapter 13 - Speak to Pundihay Not Working

Hi,

In order to begin Chapter 13 I'm supposed to "speak to Pundihay" in the Jadestone Villiage Tavern. When I get close to him the "speak" icon appears but when I click on it, nothing happens. I can't begin my next chapter in the game without this conversation working. Please look into it, thank-you.
