4k resolution

hello, nobody know how to run Blade and Soul with 4k resolution, when i choose 1080p or 4k in setting option (in game), i have no difference resolution.

I know it does not change the texture, but I know the difference between 1080p and 4k, and it is huge in display, and sharpness.
But I see very well that there is no difference! whether in full screen or window.
Of course I have a 4k screen and that runs well in 3840x2160 on windows.
