i restarted my pc and it got rid of BNS and i cant install it now

i restarted my pc to fix some lag with the simple restart and when it came back up all the data on the PC was gone. so i turned it off and on and the only thing that was erased was BNS but i cant install it now . it says im missing setup.msi. does anyone know what this is and how to fix it
