Raid Issues

so sometimes mostly in raids during the whole burst phase and afterwards my ping spikes from about 120 to 200-300 and i'm not sure if its my pc or my wifi because when i start the boss when its about 3 or 4 people attacking it my ping is fine and has no issues but when everyone gets on it then it just spikes. I'm not sure what the problem is cause i can usually do snowjade palace, DKV and fallen aransu school without my ping going up to 200-300 most time it just goes to 170-180 or something. Does anyone have any clue what the problem might be? also, i play on a laptop and i know this game runs poorly on laptops but i still wanna know if it could be a problem with my wifi or my laptop
