New To This Game

Hello,

 

 I am currently new to this game and leveling a Force Master, as I love the ice/fire. I have been searching online, but can't really find anything on what the end game gear is. I also play Black Desert Online and know that the end gear in that game is TET/PEN for example, so I was wondering what should I be aiming for in this game gear wise?
