Starter Pack EU & NA

Hiya, I used to play on NA since that's where my friends were and I had purchased the Starter Pack bundle from the Hongmoon store for one of my characters, but I recently decided to start playing on EU (lower ping) and I was just wondering, before I commit to buying the NCoin, if the one-time purchase for the Starter Pack bundle is account locked or region locked?

Hard to say....it says "once per account" so it all depends what ncsoft understands under that, I would suggest you ask support to verify, or idk...buy the coins and then ask support to refund them if you cant buy it or spend it on something else like the duelist pack since thats 2 per account and will help you a lot in getting your hongmoon skills.
