Costume's sendable

Hello i would really like to send my costumes from event's etc from one acc to my other, but there is no way becouse is bound to acc.... i would really like if ncsoft would add some way
something like sending to other char with delivery stamp's 3acc 6costume but more expensive, something like 6acc 12costume....
