I cant' buy Cinderlands Baotite Dagger form Sujun and i dont know why. I watched many video, but they all can easy buy this.

I assume you are an old returning player? You no longer need that weapon to evolve you weapon. In fact you wouldn't even be able to transform your hongmoon weapon to the next stage either. There are no longer evolving weapons before legendary. You're supposed to use weapons given by the story until you reach act 7, where you get your Baleful/Seraph weapon for free. You can also buy the legendary weapon from the shop for naryu silver as shown in your images. Also, it looks like you have the option to extract/exchange your weapon for an updated one. Just unequip it and the antique exchange button will pop up to let you get your new weapon.
