Slow and noisy launch

Hello!

I wasn't able to find similar problem, so maybe it's just me... Game launches very slow (longer than 5 mins), but it's not what worries me. During the launch my hard drive works very loud, like it would blow into pieces in any moment. After that, everything works fine. High FPS, fast loading screens - and silent disc. I have other games installed on it and never experienced something like that. I've checked health status and HDD is fine. Looks like problem is in BnS launcher. I have Win7 64 bit. Do you have any ideas?
