Unlock requirements on certai items

I ran into this first within the crafting system, then on trying to purchase the last half of the Raven Soul Shileds, and now on the achievement vendor.

 

In each case there is a line such as "Available when you have unlocked X".  For eample, on the achievement vendor, I need "Faststest Hands in the West" to get a cool looking hat.

 

Where, o where, can we find a list of what these unlock requirements actually ARE?  For the raven shields, I guess a dungeon or event IN a dungeon, but it's not particularly clear.  These things don't seem to be tracked achieved so,... Help please?

Press U. You'll see the points you have and the achievement list. 

For fastest hands in the west, you need to defeat Yoong and Irontech Forge in a hard difficulty party within 5 minutes.

Thanks for that one.  I sure wish the achievement list under U was searchable (ie search function) rather than manual finiding. =/
