Level 50 Character Creation Vouchers bug lvl 1 ??

when i use Level 50 Character Creation Vouchers my character i make become  lvl 1 !!!!  i'm very sure i use it  i click icon lvl 50 creation because when i alredy done  make my character voucer alredy gone.. when i make name i use ascii code  DeathBringèr   i use "e" become "è"

Yeah same to me, I got the voucher in received items, and had to buy a character slot as well, and then it said both could only be used in lobby menu , and so I clicked the 50 lvl, and it took me to creation but it’s still lvl 1 character 

 

EDIT: my dumbbutt just figured it out. So once you unpack it, and you can click it and takes you to creation, BEFORE YOU CLICK NEXT on the “ Race/Class selection” menu, right above the “ Next “ button, is a LVL 1 button and a LVL 50 button, and click that!
