The lost continent reward

Hello.Did happen to anyone else to not recieved the Lost Continent reward?I mean when the update was announced I checked inside my account and there wasnt any code.I checked when the update was on and still no code.Whats going on?

You needed to register for the lvl 50 package when it was first announced, if you did then you might have to wait or send a ticket, but if you didn't register when they told you to then sorry nothing you can do about it.

 

P.S. had to register before December 5th, have an account that was lvl 10 or above, and about 1 month old.

Weird I tryed when I got an email but there wasn't any register button.My account is old almost 2 years....:/

The register button was on the front page of this website.

And when I clicked that it was just refreshing the page and returning to the same point.I wrote them an email to see whats going on....

Go to main website, login. click on your username. go to apply code. then click on Blade & Soul there will be the rewards. Click apply and BOOM Got them
