How to fix this????

Ok, time to post about this, sorry in advanced if this a re-psost:
Every damn time i need to update, i spend more than a day/half day updating the client game, cuz the launcher glitches and this happens: 

 

...but this time it will take centuries cause is a big update :/ so, is there any way to solve this? Please any help, will obviously be appreciated.
