newbie and Lost Continent Pack?

I have created an NCS account but it's very old, and i have just train one lv11 char on it. i just hear about Lost Continent Pack today and didn't do everything about Lost Continent Pack before. So can i get it to that account?

Lost Continent Pack registration has already expired, unfortunately. 

The last day for registration was before December 1 ; ;
