blackwyrm gone?

so i was on hiatus for a long time and i just remembered that the blackwyrm was a thing cause i saw that i had some essence of blackwyrm, but i keep seeing things about it getting removed so i just want to know if thats true? and also because the outfit you got from it was like my fav outfit in the game and i was trying to get it before i left.

Yes, Blackwyrm and the 2 terror bosses have been removed. There's another way to get the costume now but I can't remember off the top of my head. I think it might be from the achievement merchant in Zeiwei.
