BM Whirling Scourge can't be used during Block or after Five Point Strike

If you use Five Point Strike (3 in draw stance), you can not use Whirling Scourge (V during Flock of Blades) for a few seconds even after the animation of Five Point Strike has ended. If you press the button, nothing happens. You need to either use a different skill first or wait a few seconds.

 

If you block either with Block (1) or Violent Blade (F in draw stance), you can not use Whirling Scourge (V during Flock of Blades) during the block. Using any other skill will cancel the block and use that skill, but if you try to use Whirling Scourge, nothing happens.

Still happens after the patch. Every player I asked has this problem.

Any news about this? It's still broken after the last patch, and not even in the list of known issues.
