Arena stuck at 0.

Arena queue was stuck at 0 and I waited a long time, over 5 minutes and it stayed like that. It forced me to quit game to get unstuck, but then I can't queue for 30 minutes. This happened twice and it's ruining the fun.

Happening repeatedly.. happened 2 more times as we speak.. This is ridiculous
