On and off charging while playing

Recently, my computer has started charging on and off quickly. I noticed this mainly happens while I'm playing Blade & Soul. This is an issue because this on and off charging can't charge my battery fast enough and I end up at under 10% in an hour. I noticed that my computer gets pretty hot as well and my fps is starting to drop.
