Scheduled Maintenance – 11/1/2017

Starting on November 1, 4:00 AM PDT / November 1, 11:00 AM UTC, all servers will undergo maintenance.

• NA will undergo maintenance for approximately 3 hours.
• EU will undergo maintenance for 6 hours and 30 minutes, and some in-game services such as the Currency Exchange will be impacted for an additional 2 hours while the game service is live.

 

With this maintenance we’re moving our EU servers to the AWS cloud based virtual servers, with the overall goal of improved service and reliability. We’re also aware and working on the longer maintenance times that have been increasing our EU downtimes as compared to NA. With this maintenance we’re implementing some changes (along with the server migration), and we’re hopeful they’ll reduce maintenance times moving forward.
